Nutrition – Build a healthy relationship with food. Portion control and avoid highly processed, calorie dense foods. We have so many recipes and food hacks to share!
Exercise – One size does not fit all.  Exercise does not have to be torture, find activities you enjoy to increase your strength and cardiovascular fitness.  
Stress management – Managing daily stressors and maintaining a healthy mental state is important to overall health. Stress can affect your metabolism and trigger hormones that cause fat cells to form. Unmanaged stress will negatively impact all pillars.
Sleep – Get 7 or more hours per night.  Poor sleep habits have a detrimental effect on metabolic rate.  In addition, it will hinder your mental clarity and ability to perform throughout the day.
